My document won't upload
Make sure the file is a PDF, JPG or PNG under 5 MB. If it still fails, try another browser (an up-to-date Chrome or Safari), or send it to us directly.
Which file formats are accepted?
PDF, JPG and PNG, up to 5 MB per file. For photos, take them in good light and check they are readable.
The site doesn't look up to date
Refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd + R). If needed, clear your browser cache — you'll then see the latest version.
I found a bug

How do I change my information?
From your dashboard, in the Documents / My profile section. Any change is re-checked by our team before going live.
